This was a baby with a difference - born with the privilege of carrying collective experience of over a century in the Indian research business. This was a baby which owed its shape to the wisdom behind its conception.
In its decades of association with the clients - Modus learnt that research is done in different shapes and sizes. We are not talking about qualitative vs quantitative. Or about concept test & consumer satisfaction. It is about what the clients need from market research service providers.
What they need varies from one occasion to another. Sometimes they want a partnership to solve a knotty marketing or social development issue. But many a times they need quick research. Others may need just raw data or simple tables. The sample size is huge. The cost is even more astounding as the client has to pay for the researcher and his boss's time.
Experiences like these prompted us to conceive Modus. You give the questionnaire and the analysis requirements. We do the field work and tabulation.
Modus will not do a conjoint analysis or advise on the best positioning for your new launch.
